tavri runs this website. This page explains what happens to the information you send us.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number and message (whatever you choose to give), and your IP address, which helps stop spam. This site sets no cookies and doesn’t track visitors.

Why

Only to reply to you and deal with your enquiry. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering messages, or on taking steps you asked for before an agreement.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept for 1 year, then they are deleted automatically.

Who handles it

This website and the messages sent through it are hosted for us by SuNodes (Tavri, Inc.) on servers in the United States, with safeguards for international transfers. We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.

Embedded content

Some pages can show content from Vimeo. It loads only when you choose to show it; those companies then receive your IP address and may set their own cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, through the contact form on this site. If you’re in the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU, to your national data protection authority.
